Camila Rikli is a lawyer by training and a travel writer by vocation. She is the co-founder, alongside photographer Teresita Pérez, of Forasteras, a creative collective dedicated to storytelling through narrative and photography. With a voice shaped by curiosity, cultural respect, and emotional clarity, she documents territories through the lives of the people who inhabit them, highlighting local knowledge, identity, and the relationships between communities and landscape. Her work spans remote regions across Chile, Latin America, and the wider world, blending field research, editorial reporting, and creative nonfiction. She has traveled across all seven continents, exploring landscapes where nature and community converge. Through Forasteras, she collaborates with brands, tourism boards, and conservation projects to create purposeful content that honors place and story. Whether in the desert, the rainforest, or the far-south archipelagos, Camila approaches every journey with a commitment to thoughtful storytelling, elevating the voices that inhabit the world’s most endangered territories.
