Hugh Collins

Hugh Collins is a travel writer, with a love of a story and of landscape, and the thin places where the two overlap. Having studied history at Durham, with a dissertation on Scott of the Antarctic, he then went onto work for independent guidebook publisher, Bradt. Now, ironically, perhaps, he's keen to explore the world beyond the guidebooks, and is hoping to head to Iraqi Kurdistan for Kurdish New Year as well as attend a lonely church service in the Swedish wilderness next year.
